Hi my name is Hayden and my partner is Keynan. Our Project is vampire loads. Vampire loads is the waste of energy. Also what I learned about the other websites is all of the stuff they did about food, monitors.
Today, Mr Tedder and Mr. Mansour helped us get our research about vampire loads. What I learned about vampire loads is that the typical american home has 20 electrical appliances that bleed consumers of money. That’s because the appliances continue to suck electricity even when they’re off, says a Cornell University energy expert. His studies estimate that these so called “ vampire” appliances cost consumers $3 billion a year--or about $200 per household.
Today Keynan and I researched about vampire loads.I found a lot of facts. Here's what
I know, Try to use power strips. Don’t leave chargers plugged in.Vampire loads are scary because home electronics,TV,computers and monitors,DVD players, digital video recorders takes up about 15% of your household electricity.
Today Mr. Man told us about the field trip to the recycling place. Today what I learned on my website is that vampire loads are appliances that continue to draw out energy from electrical socket of some kind of device.
Today in class Mr. Tedder ask us to do about 6 questions. Also we did a paragraph and 4 to 5 bullet points. What I learned for the day is to use power strip to save vampire loads.(not to use vampire loads there bad).My partner wasn’t here so I had to do the questions by myself.
The field trip was canceled so it was rescheduled.
Today in class Mr.Tedder handed us our paragraphs and our 5 bullet points.Today we had to do our 5-6 questions.Thats what we did for the day.
Today Keynan and I added our paragraph to our website and bullet points. I hope people would read our website and I they will like it.
Today we had to add some things to our website. Later we will do some things on our website.
